  Our buyback program incentivizes waste collection and recycling by purchasing recyclable waste from local communities. This program reduces waste in landfills and provides a source of income for community members while supplying recycled materials for production.

  • We focus on converting organic waste into sustainable animal feed solutions. Through responsible processing, we’re able to produce affordable and nutritious feeds, minimizing waste and enhancing agricultural productivity.

  • We support and promote urban agriculture, encouraging communities to grow their own food sustainably. By turning urban spaces into productive agricultural areas, we not only increase food security but also reduce the carbon footprint of food transportation. Our methods include:

    • Black Soldier Fly Farming
      We plan to introduce Black Soldier Fly farming as an eco-friendly and sustainable method to process organic waste into high-protein animal feed and organic fertilizer. This process will help us:
      • Create nutrient-rich feed for chickens and fish
      • Produce organic fertilizer for use in agriculture
      • Reduce waste and close the loop in organic recycling


    • Expansion of Urban Agriculture
      We are set to scale up our urban agriculture efforts with advanced techniques such as:
      • Hydroponics: Soil-free farming that allows plants to grow faster and with less water
      • Vertical Farming: Utilizing vertical space to grow more in limited urban areas, maximizing yield
      • Precision Farming: Using data-driven practices to optimize resources and improve crop yield
      • Aquaponics: Combining fish farming and plant cultivation in a closed-loop system, which conserves water and reduces waste.


    • Upscaling the Buyback Center
      Our buyback center is growing, and we are working to increase its capacity to process and store recyclable materials. This expansion will enable us to serve more community members and broaden our impact on reducing urban waste.
